pistol and one (1) shotgun (12 gauge) being kept at his cabinet.
4. According to subject person, the .38 caliber revolver is worth Five
Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos while the .45 caliber pistol is worth Twenty-Five
(P25,000.00) Pesos and the shotgun (12 gauge) is worth Ten Thousand
(P10,000.00) Pesos;
5. That after our meeting, we immediately reported the matter to our
Chief of Police/Office with the information that subject person had also
promised to us to show several firearms once we decided to purchase the
same.
6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest the veracity of the
aforementioned information and to support our application for issuance of a
Search Warrant for violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal
Possession of Firearm and Ammunition) against subject person.
