The Speak Up Method

It’s simple, but powerful: a combination of speaking your intention out loud
and asking for help. And no — this isn’t about doing it all alone.

It’s about co-creating with something bigger: your guide inside, the universe,
or whatever force feels right to you.

Why It Works So Fast

Most people think manifesting takes time. But when it comes to non-physical
things — like pain, happiness/mood shift, more stamina, emotional pain,
conflicts, creative block or mental fog — things can shift immediately.
Seriously, within seconds.

What can shift in seconds?

🌀 Happiness: You are tense, low, or frustrated—and suddenly lightness


returns.

🔥 Pain: Emotional tension or body discomfort that eases when it’s heard.

💡 Clarity: That foggy, stuck feeling is replaced by insight or direction.

😠 Healing: Calming people down.

🔋Power: More stamina and strength

🥊 Solved: Conflicts

🌀 Weather/wind
So, if you ever think:

“I don’t know what to do.”

“I feel off or low.”

“I want relief, or an answer, or a breakthrough.”

—this method helps you move forward. Right now.

(Meeting the love of your life, the big house and the Ferrari just might take a
bit longer;-)

✨ How To Use The Speak Up Method

➡ Step 0: Be clear about what outcome you want. Make sure it is your soul
that wants this, not your ego.

Step 1: Ground yourself. Take three deep breaths, inhaling calm and exhaling
any tension.

Step 2: Raise your head. Look up.

Step 3: (Align and join intention with others if possible.)

Connect to your heart. Speak with words:

Say with confidence.

"My guide inside/Universe/helpers/, (or what/who you want to talk to)

My intention is that I Am experiencing X (X is your outcome). This or


something even better - and that this is done in the best interest of all.

Please assist me with this. So be it. And so it is. Thank you."

Step 4: Ask yourself: I wonder what it would feel like to experience X?

Feel that joy for 90 seconds. Avoid trying to convince yourself you already
have it. Your limiting beliefs and inner critic might show up. Instead ask
yourself

"I wonder what it would feel like.."


That's it!

You don’t have to believe in anything special or be spiritual for this to work.
You can also be skeptical, as long as you want it to work. (You are using your
free will, that’s the key.)

Just speak your intention out loud, ask, and trust that the universe (or
whatever forces resonate with you) will step in to assist.

You’ve done your part—how and when things unfold is not for you to worry
about.

Now, forget about it, and trust the process. Let it go - to get the flow.

(That said, do take action, but only inspired action.)

You don’t need to believe in anything specific.

You just need your voice, your intention, and your willingness to let go.

This is how people are shifting their inner world in seconds—and that shift
often changes what happens next in the outer world too.
