Introduction
“Good evening everyone present here.
As we gather here for the valedictory session of this remarkable conference, it feels like we’ve
reached the final chapter of a book filled with knowledge, ideas, and inspiration. Over the
past two days, we have shared not just facts and findings, but also perspectives, questions,
and possibilities for the future.
Calling esteemed dignitaries
It is now my privilege to invite our Guest of Honor, Er. Rakesh Ranjan, Additional Secretary
and Executive Director, DVC, who is joining us virtually for this valedictory session. We extend
a very warm welcome to you, Sir, and we are truly honored to have you with us today. Your
presence and thoughts will truly inspire us and make this occasion more meaningful.

Now, it is my honor to welcome our esteemed dignitaries on stage for the valedictory
programme. May I request Prof. Urmila Kar, HOD of technical education and management,
Prof. Anil kumar , convenor of this International conference, from dept. of technical education
and management, Dr. Deepak Mehra, co-convenor from Dept. of mechanical engineering, the
organising committee members, Dr. Kunwar Raghvendra Singh, Dept. of Civil Engineering and

Introducing guest of honor and his speech
We are honored to have with us Er. Rakesh Ranjan, Additional Secretary and Executive
Director of Damodar Valley Corporation, one of India’s most significant power sector
organizations. An alumnus of NIT Patna with further specialization in Operations
Management, he brings over three decades of rich experience in power plant operations,
environmental management, HR, corporate strategy, and governance. He has been the
architect of DVC’s Corporate Vision 2030, driving India’s energy security with a target of
15,000 MW capacity addition. Under his leadership, DVC has pioneered CSR transformation,
aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals, and successfully implemented major
national initiatives, including Ujjwal Bhavishya Power@2040 and PM Vishwakarma. A
dynamic and people-centric leader, he firmly believes that true leadership lies not only in
achieving organizational goals but also in creating lasting value for society. His vision,
integrity, and human-centric governance continue to inspire professionals across the nation.
We are delighted to have your presence with us online, and now May I request you Sir to

Now as we draw towards the close of this two-days International Conference, it is important
