ANTI-CORRUPTION ESTABLISHMENT PUNJAB-ACE PUNJAB
OVERVIEW:
The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE), Punjab is a provincial authority tasked with
investigating, preventing, and prosecuting corruption and financial irregularities in public offices
across Punjab. It ensures accountability, transparency, and ethical governance within government
departments.
ACE Punjab handles inquiries, registers cases, and pursues legal action against officials involved

OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT
LAND & REAL ESTATE RECORD DIGITIZATION:
The Land & Real Estate Record Digitization Project is ACE Punjab’s flagship initiative
aimed at modernizing and securing land and property records across the province. The project
digitizes ownership documents, lease records, and state property details to prevent illegal
occupation, fraud, and corruption in real estate transactions.
By providing a centralized digital database, it ensures transparency, easy access, and accurate
tracking of public land and property. The initiative also integrates with complaint management
systems and legal frameworks to facilitate swift action against irregularities. Ultimately, this
project strengthens governance, protects provincial assets, and enhances public trust in the
administration of land and real estate.
