Primary Objective : Descalation

To prevent the outbreak of full-scale war and nuclear escalation by leading a coordinated,
multinational operation to contain middle eastern aggression and secure global trade, peace and
humanitarian interests

[Link] up of central military committee for Middle Eastern and South Asian countries consisting of
representatives from all nuclear power which will lead to talks of all nuclear weapons and stopping
further production of nuclear weapon

[Link] of No First Attack Policy which will be supervised by committee consisting of all middle
eastern countries with neutral countries heading the country

These conditions will be applicable till 4 pm Of 24 September

Secondary Objectives : Trade

Set up off extensive and gas and oil pipelines between Saudi Arabia and Oman

Development of Extensive Port facilities in Oman through joint development program consisting of
India and U.A.E

Military Arrangements:

 Surveillance & Intelligence:

- Indian satellite feeds and drone surveillance (supported by UK, France, India)
- Field intelligence sharing between Turkey, Jordan, and Egypt

 Naval Assets:

- French and Indian Ships stationed for protection of development projects


- Deployment of Patrol Vessels and Frigates by the Saudi Arabian RSNF
- Immediate deployment of 6 baynunah class ships by UAE in the Strait of Hormuz
 Humanitarian & Civil Support:

- UAE and Indian funded mobile aid units and


- Jordanian and Egyptian medical & refugee personnel
-Creation of humanitarian channels
-Aerial rescue units by India ,France ,UK

 Transport & Equipment:

- Armoured humanitarian convoys (Egypt & UAE & India)


- Medical cargo aircraft from France and India
Steps of Procedure:

1. Step 1: Germany, in coordination with the UK, and France, initiates a multi-layered surveillance
grid across the Red Sea, Strait of Hormuz, and proxy hotspots in Syria ,Jordan and Lebanon ,
using drones, satellites, and cyber monitoring.
2. Step 2: Under France and Indian joint naval leadership, a multinational naval task force is
deployed in the Red Sea. The fleet includes vessels from , France,UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia
and India to secure oil and commercial trade routes against further Houthi attacks.
3. Step 3: launches diplomatic envoys to Jordan, Egypt, and Turkey to coordinate regional
cooperation and host the Berlin Peace Summit on September 23, inviting Iran, Israel, and all key
regional players to effectively moderate and broker peace talks to ensure effective De-
escalation.
4. Step 4: France, U.A.E cyber and diplomatic teams initiate a covert pressure campaign on states
arming or funding proxy groups (e.g., Hezbollah, Houthis, HTS), combining economic threats and
diplomatic isolation policy.
5. Step 5:Deployment of advanced weapon systems along the Red sea and the Strait of Hormuz to
ensure smooth flow of cargo to the west.
6. Step 6:The Egyptian navy, In accordance with the Saudi Arabian RSNF shall ensure law and order
in the Bab-El-Mandeb region.
7. Step 7: India, with humanitarian aid from the UAE, Jordan, and Egypt, activates Operation
Human Shield to create aid corridors in Jordan, and Northern Syria — ensuring medical support,
food distribution, and evacuation zones for civilians.
8. Step 8: UN launch the Global Economic Stabilization Pact, a €5 billion fund to offset energy
insecurity, price spikes, and inflation affecting developing world.
9. Step 9: Protection of port Said by the middle eastern naval forces in joint collaboration with the
Indian Navy, elimination of any risk of terrorist attacks by Houthi rebels

Results

- The suez canal is protected from any terrorist threats


- Important Maritime oil and trade routes are secured
- Iranian proxy influence is actively reduced, hence achieving effective de-escalation
- Regional diplomacy is revived under European leadership
- Global humanitarian and economic collapse is prevented
- WWIII is averted through firm and united action of the middle east and the west.

In the event that the peace talks succeed A combined committee of both Iranian and Israeli
delegates will go to negotiate with Proxy group and communicate the demand
