■ Night Routine to Stay Awake & Alert

9:30–10:00 pm: Light dinner (avoid oily food). 5–10 min walk for digestion.

10:00–12:00 am (Prime Focus Time): Study toughest subjects at table-chair. Keep room brightly
lit. Stretch/walk 2 min every 30–40 min.

12:00–12:15 am: Have fruit/water or a little chai/coffee if very sleepy. Avoid phone scrolling.

12:15–2:00 am (High Productivity Slot): Focus on conceptual/calculation-heavy topics. Use

chewing gum or sip cold water if sleepy.

2:00–2:15 am (Mini Recharge): Wash eyes with cold water. Do a short walk/stretch.

2:15–4:00 am (Last Solid Push): Do light topics, revision notes, or writing tasks. Take a 15–20 min
power nap if very sleepy.

4:00–4:30 am: Freshen up: brush and cold face wash to drive away sleep.

4:30–6:00 am (Morning Energy Window): Do easy revision or practice questions.

6:00 am onwards: Sleep for 2–3 hours if needed, then continue with normal day.

■ Important Tips:
- Never study on the bed.
- Keep the room slightly cool to stay alert.
- Limit coffee/tea to 1–2 cups only.
