Interview Script – Coordinator Position

1. Opening & Context


• What motivated you to move from teaching into coordination roles? (KEY)
• How do you define academic leadership in secondary education?

2. Pedagogical Knowledge
• How have you applied constructivism in your teaching practice or when supporting other teachers?
(KEY)
• In your past coordination role, how did you review and give feedback on teachers’ lesson plans?
• What strategies do you use to ensure that learning is active and meaningful for secondary
students?

3. English Language Competence


• This position requires a minimum of Cambridge FCE or TOEFL 543–626. What level do you
currently hold, and do you have an official certificate? (KEY)
• How do you integrate English into cross-curricular or extracurricular projects?
• Could you briefly explain an educational concept (e.g., formative assessment, active learning, or
