● Ensure the condition of nuts could run perfectly with the anchors
● Measure position of the anchors are meet with dimension as the drawing. We can using pattern to make
sure the dimension.
Anchor Preparation

● Measure elevation baseplate (BOP) of the columns to meet with the requirement (dimension) for all
pedestals.
● Put grease to cover for the anchors.
3.2 Material Preparation
● Identifying all material that are needed on structure building and should be meet the material list datas
● Clean up all the material from dirty.
● Install bolts on structure hole to prevent miss part.

● Lift the columns as their position and connecting to their anchor bolt. If bolts are connecting to column
does not fasten, just ensure there isn't gab.
● Measure the plumbness when all bolts are connected with the columns.
● After column are standed properly on their position, tighten and fasten the rope.
● Dismantle webbling sling on the column.
● We doing this method to all columns erection processing.
3.5 Wall Cross Bracing

4 Verticality
If all structure members are installed, the next saction is verticallity measuring columns.
Tolerance for verticallity : ± (H/600) or 5mm
Where H is the floor to floor height in mm.
5 Bolt Tightening
The following are some factors that need to be considered :
● Torque control tightening
● Angle control tightening.
● Bolt stretch method.
● Heat tightening.
● Use of tension indicating methods

Once we have considered several factors tighten of the bolts, then we do the tightening process. Below the
stages of the process:
● Ensure that the Wrench Torque can be working with properly
Wrench Torque
Figure 11.
● Choose and prepare the drive socket as bolt size.
● For the tightening, used 25 % from totally of the bolt.
● Install drive socket to the Wrench Torque
● Setting the Wrech Torque as tigtening torque range as required:
Tightening Torque List
Figure 12.
● Tighten bolts and nuts on the same field in turn (cross) with the order from top to bottom, left and right
so that the received power evenly.
● If tightening process have been reach nominal of the tightening torque, the Wrench Torque will be
indicated with noise.
● Perform this step to the other bolts that will be tiegtened and give marks to identification
● Don’t give more torque when the tightening torque range are have been reached.
