1) This is Indicative ITP only. Vendor to cover all major stages in line with Data sheet, Drawings, Relevant MR, Statutory requirements if any and Governing Code Guideline and submit detailed ITP for RIL approval.
2) Requirements of raw material, Inspection & Testing shall be as per RIL Specifications, Material Requisition, PO etc.

3) Material from China & East European countries not allowed. Material & bought out items shall be procured from RIL Approved Sub vendors only.

4) Scope & Extent of Inspection (H, W, RW, R, M) may vary based on Supplier Quality Surveillance level (SQS Level)

5) RIL representative reserves all rights to visit Manufacturer works during any stage of fabrication & Testing

6) Vendor shall upload inspection release note (L09), Material test certificates (L03) & stage inspection reports (L06) as per ITP on RIL portal for review of Jacobs. After review of documents by Jacobs, Engineering Clearance (EC) & Supplier Quality clearance (SQC) will be issued by
Jacobs. After EC SQC clearance RIL will issue SQ & dispatch clearance. RIL may inspect item in any stage during manufacturing. Prior intimation will be provided.
