Hello, fellow students. Today, Tuesday, February 2nd, is the turn of the students of
first grade group A, pay tribute to our national flag, for which we ask
maintain the correct composure.

We have cared for you fervently


but today they want to dishonor you;
Even though you are not perfect
you only deserve respect.

I swear to defend you, to worship you night and day;
Your enemies shrink
before the brightness of your truth.

Anniversaries are the outstanding events that occurred in different periods of our

Finally, we will sing the notes of the Hymn of the State of Mexico, which identifies us as
Mexicans, for which we ask everyone present to sing it.

We have fulfilled our civic duty by paying tribute to our national flag,
confirming the civic values of our Educational Institution. Therefore, the group of
First A and Prof. Gerardo Antonio Reyes Chávez, his tutor, thank you for your presence at
this civic act.

History of the Mexican Constitutions
The constitution is the fundamental law of a State in which the
rights and obligations of citizens and rulers. It is the supreme legal norm.
and no law or decree can be above it. The Constitution, or Magna Carta, is the
expression of the sovereignty of the people and is the work of the Assembly or Congress
Constituent.

Mexico has had various constitutions throughout its history. Some have been
centralists, that is, those who establish power in a single body that controls everything
political decisions of the country and others that are federalist, like the current one, that recognize the
sovereignty of the states but they have coordination mechanisms for matters of
the Republic as a whole.

The fundamental laws emanating from a Constituent Congress in Mexico are:

The Seven Constitutional Laws, from 1835-1836.

Organic Bases of the Mexican Republic of 1843.

Incorporation and Reform Act of 1847.
