I interviewed the owner of a commercial warehouse in the GALENO neighborhood near the Center.

others?
I offer fresh products of the same quality as in supermarkets and at the same
price or some even less because I source directly from wholesalers.
7. What benefits do your customers receive when shopping at your business?
Shop quickly, at your fingertips near your homes and without queues like in the
supermarkets
8. What products do you recommend to your clients?
The most trusted brands or the ones I have tried myself.
9. Why do you recommend it?
Because they are good, and I have the ability to try a wide variety of products and thus be able to
recommend the best.
10. Can you tell us some of the best deals you have in your business?
Well, that depends on the season.
11. And what is the product that has sold the most this month?
Generally, they are essential goods.
12. Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, since we have trust between neighbors, any problem with the product will

THE GOOD, THE BAD, and THE UGLY
THE GOOD
It is a well-stocked warehouse; since it has a wide facade, it can be seen
wide variety of products at first glance, in addition to fruits, vegetables, and others
