The Foundation Day program engages various grade levels through structured presentations and performances. Each age group contributes uniquely: Grades 1 and 2 lead a doxology, Grades 3 and 4 showcase a performance, while Kindergarten and Nursery are highlighted through cute and engaging presentations. This inclusive approach fosters a sense of community, offering students an opportunity to exhibit their talents and encouraging participation throughout the academy.

Students and teachers play pivotal roles in the success of the Foundation Day event through active participation and coordination. Students contribute through performances, hosting, and representing the academy in activities like the Mr. and Ms. Foundation Day contest. Teachers, like Teacher Veronica P. Advincula and subsequent coordinators, provide structure, inspiration, and oversight, ensuring the event runs smoothly and that all elements align with its educational and celebratory objectives. This collaboration exemplifies the cooperative spirit that enhances the event's success and demonstrates the academy's values in practice.

The event's structure is crucial to its success and participant engagement. It begins with ceremonial activities like prayer and anthem singing, fostering respect and unity. Subsequent parts like speeches, student performances, contests, and awards are interspersed to keep the audience engaged and provide a diversified experience. Activities like 'Evan Got Talent' and the raffle draw add excitement and personal involvement, balancing formality with entertainment.

The crowning of Mr. and Ms. Foundation Day serves as a highlight of the celebrations, showcasing student representatives who embody the spirit and values of the academy. This segment is integrated into the activities through a processional march, presentation of sashes and trophies, and a crowning ceremony, which are strategically placed among other performances and speeches to maintain audience interest and celebrate student achievements.

Teacher Veronica P. Advincula, the School Head, delivers the opening remarks, which formally opens the event and sets the stage for the day's activities. On the other hand, Pastor Larry Advincula, the school administrator, provides a thanksgiving message, inspiring and offering gratitude, thereby instilling a sense of appreciation and counting blessings at the event.

The sequence of afternoon activities is designed to maintain excitement and engagement by introducing dynamic and diverse elements. After a lunch break, activities such as a Flag Rising ceremony, Mass Demo, 'Evan Got Talent', a raffle ticket draw, and the awarding of winners introduce interactive and participatory elements. By transitioning from ceremonial and formal segments to entertaining and competitive activities, the afternoon maintains high energy and interest among participants.

Ma’am Maribel Taburno, the Division Private Coordinator, enhances the motivational appeal of the event by delivering an inspirational talk. Her presence as a motivational speaker adds an element of guidance and empowerment, encouraging the audience to pursue excellence and contributing to the overall theme of self-improvement and community spirit.

Emenard Daligdig, a Grade 6 student, and Junrielle Isaac Dela Cruz, a Grade 4 student, serve as the hosts for the Evan Bright Future Academy 19th Foundation Day celebration. They are responsible for guiding the audience through the event's activities and making announcements.

The exit processional march as a concluding activity adds a sense of closure and ceremonial gravitas to the Foundation Day celebration. It mirrors the formality of the event's start and reinforces the themes of unity and celebration by having Mr. and Ms. Foundation Day lead, symbolizing the culmination of student involvement and achievements acknowledged during the day. This formal farewell can leave attendees with a lasting impression of order, pride, and community spirit.

The prayer and the singing of the national anthem serve as ceremonial practices that set a respectful and solemn tone for the Foundation Day celebration. The prayer, led by Cris John Gentapanan and followed by a doxology by Grades 1 and 2, is intended to unify attendees spiritually, while the national anthem pays tribute to the country's heroes, fostering a sense of national pride and communal respect.
