Subject: Application for Leave Due to illness.

Dear sir, I would like to inform you that I have been suffering from diarrhea & Gastric problem
since 31th Jestha. As per the doctor's advice, I needed to take proper rest, due to which I was
unable to attend college. In addition, 31 ashad Due to extreme stomach pain, it was difficult for
me to commute during this period. Therefore, I kindly request you to grant me leave from 31th
Jestha & 1st of shrawan. I will make sure to catch up on all missed academic activities. Thank
you for your kind consideration.
