REGIONS OVERDRAFT PROTECTION CONFIRMATION NOTICE

Effective September 28, 2021, at your request your checking account ending in 9429 was linked to your
overdraft funding account ending in 0207 for Regions Overdraft Protection (ODP). ODP transfers may
begin immediately.

As described more fully in the "Overdraft Protection" section of the Regions Deposit Agreement, ODP is
used to authorize and/or to pay CheckCard and ATM transactions if your checking account lacks
sufficient available funds. ODP may be used to pay checks, electronic ACH transactions, and other items
when payment of those items would overdraw the checking account.

If the funding account is a deposit account, then all available funds in that account can be used for ODP.
We transfer amounts from the funding account to the checking account in $100 increments (or the
amount available in the funding account, if that amount is less than a $100 increment), even if the item
being paid is less than $100. A transfer fee of up to $12 will be charged to the checking account each day
that a transfer occurs.

If the amount of an item causing an overdraft is greater than the combined available balance in the
checking account and the funds available in the funding account at the time the item is posted, we will
transfer all the funds available in the funding account and either pay the item or return it. We will then
charge the checking account either a Paid Overdraft Item fee or a Returned Item fee of $36 per item
(subject to applicable law and the terms and conditions of the checking account), in addition to the daily
ODP transfer fee.

Your Standard Overdraft Coverage election is not affected by your choice to link your accounts for
Overdraft Protection.

If you have any questions, please call 1-800-REGIONS (734-4667) or visit your branch office for
assistance.

Thank you for banking with Regions.
