Fitness Apps Not Aligned with the Menstrual Cycle
Most of today's fitness applications are based on a generic
one-size-fits-all approach, which recommends a specific
workouts plan, that does not account for women's distinctive
hormonal fluctuations during their menstrual cycle.
This lack of flexibility can lead to disappointment, poor
workouts and increased injury risk as a woman's energy,
strength, and stamina change considerably between all 4
phases (follicular, ovulatory, luteal, and menstrual).
