CHARAPANA

INGREDIENTS:
300 gr of udder, malaya, liver
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of ají panca
4 chopped potatoes
Mint, parsley, and coriander
PREPARATION:
First I cook all the meat and then when it is done
I reserve it
I make a dressing of chopped onion, garlic, seasoning.
I cook well with a little ají panca.

I chop it and add diced potatoes, then I add water.
boil the meat, salt to taste, cook the potato

4. then a few leaves of mint about two sprigs


just like that without poking it and when it's time to turn it off I took it out

peppermint and I add more chopped herbs,


parsley, spearmint, cilantro, a little bit of seasoning
And it's ready, you can serve it with mote or rice or
with noodles as you like best.
