Job Description: Program Director

Job Purpose
The Program Director is responsible for key activities within the Leadership & Governance
function. This role will ensure smooth delivery, collaboration across teams, and adherence
to organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead and manage responsibilities aligned with the role.
 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
 Ensure compliance with organizational processes and regulatory guidelines.
 Support delivery and project execution as required.
 Identify improvements, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications & Skills


 Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s/Master’s in related field).
 Proven experience in similar roles within banking/fintech or technology.
 Strong communication and leadership skills.
 Ability to work in hybrid/multi-environment setups.
 Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, ITIL, cloud) are preferred depending on role.
