Subject: Request for activation of Wi-Fi facility in hostel

Respected Ma’am,

We, the residents of Yamuna Hostel, respectfully request you to kindly activate the
Wi-Fi facility in our hostel. Most of us are final-year students, and we are
currently enrolled in online classes for various competitive examinations. As our
exams are approaching in the next few months, stable internet connectivity is
extremely important for our preparation.

At present, we are facing severe network issues inside the hostel. The mobile
network is also very weak, which makes it nearly impossible to attend online
classes or download study materials. This is causing a lot of inconvenience and
hampering our studies.

Therefore, we humbly request you to take necessary steps to activate the Wi-Fi
facility in Yamuna Hostel at the earliest. This will be a great help for all the
students residing here.
