Warranty: 1 Year service warranty of phone set.
Payment: Advance paid with recharge amount.
Installation: 3 working days after sending the server into Agni office.
Hardware responsibility: Subscriber must ensure security and be responsible for any Hardware
provided by Agni at the customer premises.

Little about Agni Services
THE COMPANY:
A lot has changed since the beginning of our operation in 1995. We have always been at the
forefront of product innovation and we are poised to introduce new and innovative technology that
improves the quality of our services.
We have upgraded our network in some areas to PON (Passive Optic Network) which has
drastically improved the availability of Internet in those areas and reduced client connectivity
cost significantly. This has improved the manageability of our access network has made our
clients happy as link performance metrics have improved and service outages are minimized.
Milestones Achieved
Agni System obtained nation-wide ISP license, IP Telephony License, and VSAT operator
license. Agni started its operation in 1995 when there was no existence of an ISP license.
In 2011 Agni obtained an ICX license from the BTRC.
Agni is one of the four ISPs listed in the local bourses. Agni Systems was listed in 2003.
Obtained 3.5 GHz frequency allocation in 2003. This frequency is now is now being used
for deployment of a country-wide WiMAX Broadband Network. Agni System deployed
WiMAX technology by installing fixed outdoor solution using AIRSPAN’s 3.5 GHz system in
2007-08.
