SKM Terms & Conditions:

Delivery: 14-16 Weeks after PO confirmation.

Payment: 30% Adv, 70% Before Del.
Validity: 30 days from the date of quotation.

Testing And Commissioning : testing and commissioning included in the above price after all field work finished.

Maintenance: Periodical maintenance shall be followed by the customer. You can refer to the relevant SKM
Installation, Operational & Maintenance Manual (IOM) for the detailed procedures and instructions. Records of
such shall be retained and SKM reserves the right to audit and examine them at any time.

Warranty: Units are covered under SKM standard warranty (Form# MFK/WRNTY/2005) for 24 months from the
date of dispatch Also, 5 years warranty on hermetic compressors from the date of dispatch, wherever applicable.
The warranty is subject to the following terms & conditions:
• SKM shall not be liable for incidental damages of whatsoever nature reason.
• SKM shall not be liable for damages in transit, deterioration or damage while stored in an inappropriate place.

• The warranty does not include the cost of labor in repairing or removing a defective part, or in installing a
replacement part.
• The warranty does not include consumables, such as refrigerant gas, belts, filters, etc.
Storage: Seven days free storage is allowed from date of notification from SKM after which applicable charges will
be imposed as per SKM policy.

Cancellation Charges: In an unlikely event of amendment (reducing the order) or cancellation of order, 25% of
order value will be charged if the order is amended (order reduced) or cancelled before start of production plus all
costs incurred by SKM Air Conditioning L.L.C in fulfilling the order until the date of receipt of the notice of
amendment or cancellation. If the order is amended (order reduced) or cancelled after start of production, full
order value will be charged.
