My name is Ariane Mae Mappala, and I am a nursing student here in St John Paul College of
Davao. Thank you so much for taking the time to meet with me today. I’m really interested to hear about
your experiences and insights, as these will be very valuable for my study. If it’s alright with you, could
you please share a brief introduction about yourself?”

1. When given a big task that requires quick decisions, how do you guide your team to
accomplish it?
2. If your team faces a difficult challenge, how do you solve it, especially when working
with both experienced and new members?
3. How do you deal with a team member who is not performing well or when there’s
conflict in your group?
4. What do you usually do to keep your team motivated and make them feel supported
during stressful times?
5. How do you lead your team through changes and how do you measure if they’ve been
successful?
