Problem: Dead or faulty battery
NUMBER 1
A discharged or faulty battery can manifest
itself through several signs, such as a slow
engine start, dim or intermittent headlights, and
a swollen or rotten-egg-smelling battery. To
diagnose the cause, it's important to check the
battery voltage and, if the problem persists,
check the alternator.
In this picture we can see an exposed wired due
to the loose connection into its plug connector.

The automotive mechatronics should replace the metal terminals if
necessary.
The technician could adjust the metal part of this terminal by using
some pliers.
Recharge the battery if it's only discharged
(using an external charger).
You could replace the battery if it won't hold
a charge or is damaged.
You should: Clean and tighten the terminals
with a wire brush and apply dielectric grease.
Check and repair the alternator if it's not
charging properly.
Eliminate parasitic power, disconnect
aftermarket accessories, or repair faulty
modules.
Recommendations:
To take care of your car battery, can I keep
it clean, check the cables and terminals, or
do I have to disconnect the battery or use a
charge maintainer
