Letter of Recommendation
It is with pride and honour that I'm recommending Mr. Sarang Kumar (PRN 1900601072) for
admittance to the Master's program of your esteemed university. As the Professor of
Environmental Science, I've known him for four years while he was my student at Symbiosis
Skills and Professional University, Pune. I've come to know him quite well, having interacted
with him and it is with happiness that I note that he has chosen to continue his studies.

I have delivered lectures to him on Environmental Science. He actively participated in


classroom discussions and showed a keen interest in learning the various intricacies of the
environment. He proved to be an exceptional student with a curious mind and a desire to gain
knowledge. I was also very impressed with his discipline and punctuality. Apart from theory
sessions, he expressed his ability to analyse critical problem statements during practical
sessions. His interest in the subject was not limited to coursework. During his coursework, he
always used to indulge in off-classroom conversations with me on how we can mitigate or
annul the adverse effects of modernization and industrialization on the environment. I observed
him having a state of concern towards the environment while keeping technological growth
hand in hand.

Throughout his undergraduate course, Sarang has demonstrated good communication skills, a
passion to learn, and admirable social awareness. He has also volunteered in the drive to "stop
Aarey forest logging" and has also worked on projects like "solutions to reduce carbon
emissions" while working as an intern at Tata Katcon.

Considering his keen interest in pursuing higher studies, I am confident of his ability to succeed
as a student and I strongly believe that he will scale the highest peaks in his field and prove to
be a great asset to your institute. Hence, I recommend him for admission to the Postgraduate
p"'gram at your university.
