Case description
When she came for the first time, it seemed that she had depression and she was all
well-dressed. She said her name in turkish and it came into notice that she believes
that a Turkish actor is her fiancé? This used to happen only at evening and night
times and in the morning she was not into this delusion. She was living in her own
fantasy world. In the mornings, she was very suspicious of her family and a lot of
things during the day. Since childhood, she had an inferior complex and she used to
believe that her mother and father loves her elder sister more and gives her more
attention and she is being neglected. Also, since the very beginning she was very
much diverted towards men. She was having much interest in them and used to give
them a lot of attention. She was OK in her education and in school. She was also
very suspicious about things at school as well. Her suspiciousness led to angry
issues as well throwing things and getting angry. She came in with the problem of
appetite and insomnia.
