Task:1
 Make an excel sheet having obtained marks of 5 students in 3 different subjects.

SUM
Average
Multiplication Function
 Make a result of these marks by Calculating percentages for each subject.
 Generate a graph of above-mentioned data.

Performing:

 Open Microsoft Excel or any spreadsheet software.

 Create a table with the following columns:

 Column A: "Student" (for student names)


 Column B: "Math" (for math marks)
 Column C: "English" (for English marks)
 Column D: "Science" (for Science marks)
 Column E: "SUM" (for the sum of marks)
 Column F: "AVERAGE" (for the average of marks)
 Column G: "MULTIPLICATION" (for the product of marks)
 Enter the name of student in Column A.

 Enter the obtain marks of student’s.

 Calculate the sum by SUM Formula (=SUM(B1:B6)) for each subject.

 Calculate the average by average Formula (=AVERAGE(B1:B6)) for each subject.


 Calculate the Product by Product Formula (=PRODUCT(B1:B6)) for each subject.

 Calculate the Percentage by Percentage Formula (=(OBTAIN MARKS/TOTAL MARKS)*100)

 Go to the "Insert" tab on the ribbon. And then click on chart.

 Excel will open the "Insert Chart" dialog box. You can choose the type of chart you want.
 Click on desire chart.

 Make an excel sheet having this Type Output.
 Generate the Graph.

Performing
 Open a new Excel sheet.
 Merge the Column A,B,C,D and write the headings of the table.

 Create borders on the desire column and rows by border icon in home tab.
 Write the Expenses types in Column a and below the Expenses type heading and other values
vice versa.
 Color those columns you want.

 Go to the "Insert" tab on the ribbon. And then click on chart.

 Excel will open the "Insert Chart" dialog box. You can choose the type of chart you want.
 Click on desire chart.
