State V/s Hakim Din &Ors

IN THE MATTER OF: -


An application seeking
recalling/cancellation of warrant in the
above titled case.

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR,


The applicants/accused most respectfully submits as under: -

1. That the above titled Challan is pending disposal before this


Hon’ble Court in which is fixed for hearing on 27.04.2021.

2. That the applicant / accused No: 8 namely Qasim S/o


Ahemdu was permanent Exempted.

3. That the Applicants/ Accused were unable to appear before


the Hon’ble Court on the last date of hearing due the reason
that the applicants were noted wrong date and Hon’ble court
issued non bailable warrant.
4. Those due to non-presence of the applicants/accused were
neither intentional nor deliberate but due to the reasons
stated above, through the instant application kindly
recalling/cancellation of warrant.

In the premises: -
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before this
Hon’ble Court may kindly allow the instant application by
recalling/cancellation the warrant issued against
applicants/accused in the interest of justice.
