IN THE MATTER OF: -


An application seeking exemption of the
accused no.1 namely Fayaz ahmed in the
above titled case.

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR,


The applicant most respectfully submits as under: -

1. That the above titled Challan is pending disposal before this


Hon’ble Court in which is fixed for today’ hearing i.e.
06.12.2021.

2. That the applicant / accused namely Fayaz ahmed is unable


to appear before the Hon’ble Court for today’s
hearing,applicant /accused have taken only single
Vaccination Dose as such he is not able to cause his
appearance before this Hon’ble Court on today’s date of
hearing.

3. That the non-presence of the applicant/accused is neither


intentional nor deliberate but due to the reasons stated
above.

In the premises: -
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before this
Hon’ble Court that the application of exemption may kindly
be accepted and the applicant / accused may kindly be
exempted for today’s date of hearing in the interest of
justice.
