Midterm Performance Task

Instructions:
1. Form a group of at least 6 to 9 members.
2. Create a minimum of 4-minute video about the topic: 'Turning Barriers to Physical
Activity into Exercise and Promoting it to the People'.
3. In the video, present 4 examples of barriers to physical activity and show how to solve
these barriers.
4. Include demonstrations of different Health-Related Fitness components and Skill-
Related Fitness components.
5. Introduce your name, course, and group members at the start of the video.
6. Post your video on social media and tag me in your post.
7. Submission is due right after the Midterm Examination.

Examples of Barriers to Physical Activity (Include in Video)

1. Lack of Time – Solution: Incorporate short, high-intensity workouts into your daily
routine.

2. Lack of Motivation – Solution: Join a group activity or find a workout partner.

3. Limited Access to Facilities – Solution: Do bodyweight exercises at home or in open


spaces.
