NOTICE & ROUTINE FOR HALF YEARLY EXAMINATION (2025-26)
FOR STD- 3 TO 5
Dear Parents,
1. The Half Yearly Examination for the session 2025-2026 for Std. 3 to 5 will commence from
Saturday, 6th September 2025.
2. The timing and seating arrangement will change from Monday, 8th September 2025 to
Monday, 22nd September 2025.
➢ Reporting time for students- 6:45 am and Dismissal as given below:
➢ Dismissal for Parents- 11:00 am
➢ Dismissal for all- 11:15 am
3. Attendance on exam days is mandatory. There will be No Re-Exam.
4. Seating plan will be intimated by the class teacher.
5. All students must carry their ADMIT CARD on all the days of the examination.
6. Students should come to school only on the days of their exams as per exam schedule.
7. Kindly clear all pending dues till the month of August before Monday, 1st September 2025.
8. Admit cards will be distributed on Tuesday, 2nd September 2025.
