The persistent challenge of limited healthcare accessibility, characterised by prolonged
waiting times, high costs, and inequitable distribution of medical resources, continues to
obstruct efficient patient care delivery worldwide. On average, patients in many regions are
compelled to wait up to twenty-four days for a general physician’s appointment, while urgent
care settings often entail delays of one to three hours. Furthermore, emergency departments
are frequently burdened with non-critical cases, resulting in unnecessary financial strain, with
visits costing upwards of seven hundred and fifty dollars. These systemic inefficiencies
underscore an urgent need for a transformative solution that bridges the gap between patients
and healthcare professionals by leveraging technology to simplify, accelerate, and
democratise medical access.
QuickDoc emerges as a pioneering platform that seeks to revolutionise healthcare
accessibility through an integrated model of instant doctor consultations, both online and at
home. The platform is designed to deliver real-time availability of qualified medical
practitioners, empowering patients to book consultations in just a few clicks. By offering both
doorstep visits and secure video consultations, QuickDoc ensures that geographical,
temporal, and logistical barriers are minimised, making quality healthcare attainable anytime
and anywhere. Transparent pricing models, combined with secure digital payment options,
