Thank you for this opportunity. My name is Vishesh Samariya.

I have completed my graduation in Political Science from JNV University, Jodhpur.

After that, I worked at Teleperformance for one and a half years. I started as a Customer
Service Expert and got promoted to Subject Matter Expert after six months.

In that role, I also helped my teammates and supported them with customer issues.

I’m proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and looking for a job to gain practical
experience and contribute to this company’s growth.

Playing Chess and Badminton as hobby has significantly contributed to my strategic


thinking and problem-solving skill.

I believe that with my dedication, strong work ethic, and continuous learning mindset, I
can make significant contribution to the company growth and success.

Go through your professional journey

I was born and brought up in Jodhpur. I started my professional journey while I was
doing my graduation. I worked part-time at a fashion accessories shop, where I learned
basic sales and customer handling.

After completing my graduation, I joined Teleperformance as a Customer Service Expert.


I worked there for one and a half years, and after six months, I got promoted to Subject
Matter Expert.

In that role, I also helped my team members and supported them in solving customer
issues. During this time, I improved my communication, problem-solving, and leadership
skills.

AHT – Average Handling Time It measures how much average time an operator is
spending before closing a chat.

CSAT – Customer Satisfaction It helps the organization to monitor how satisfied a


customer is with the resolution provided by the operator.

FCR – First Contact Resolution It measures the ability to resolve customer issues on the
first interaction. It highlights efficiency and improves customer satisfaction.

TPH – Tickets Per Hour It measures an operator’s efficiency by checking how many
tickets the operator solves in one hour.

Empathy – Empathy is the ability to take on another person's perspective—to understand,


feel, and possibly share and respond to their experience.

Sympathy – Sympathy is the feeling of being sorry for someone else’s situation.

What is Customer support

Customer support means helping customers when they have questions, problems, or need
assistance with a product or service.

It includes listening to their issues, solving their problems, and making sure they are
satisfied. The goal is to keep the customer happy and build a good relationship with them.

It is about building connection and establishing trust with customers. It requires strong
communication skill, active listening and ability to effectively articulate the value and
benefits of the product or service being offered.

There are several qualities of a good sales person such as:

I understand that rejection is a part of the sales process and I don't take it personally.

Instead, I see it as an opportunity to learn and improve.

When dealing with difficult customers, I will remain calm and empathetic, actively
listening to their concerns.

I will try to find a mutually beneficial solution and maintain a positive attitude throughout
the interaction.

How do you handle a situation when a customer is unhappy with their purchase?

When dealing with an unhappy customer, I'll prioritize active listening to fully
understand their concerns and frustrations.

I will empathize with their experience and take ownership of the issue and work towards
finding a satisfactory solution.

This may involve offering additional support, replacement or refund if possible to rectify
the situation and restore their trust in our company.
How do you handle targets and meet sales quotas?

I believe in setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART)


goals.

By breaking down this into manageable targets, I can track my progress and identify
areas for improvement.

I maintain a proactive approach, consistently prospecting and following up with leads to


ensure a steady pipeline.

I also seek guidance from my team leaders and utilize their expertise to enhance my

Yesterday routine

I woke up at 8 AM. I brushed my teeth. There is a park behind my house, so I went to the
park. After coming back from the park, I had poha and tea for breakfast. Because today is
my interview, so I was practicing for it with my brother. After practice, I went to a barber
shop for haircut and grooming. Then I came back and took bath. After taking bath, I had
__________ for lunch. I put my documents and resume in my bag for interview. Then I
took a nap. After waking up I took tea. Then I went to market with my grandmother.
After coming back, I watched videos on YouTube. At 8:30, I had ___________ for
dinner. After dinner, again I practiced for the interview. Then I went to sleep around 10
o'clock.

What is your salary expectation?

Based on my skills, experience, and the job role, my salary expectation is in the range of
₹30,000 to ₹32,000 per month.

Why did you leave your last job as you were an SME?

I really enjoyed my role as an SME and learned a lot, especially while helping and
guiding my team. But I felt it was the right time to look for new opportunities where I can
grow further, learn new skills, and take on new challenges. I’m now looking for a role
that offers long-term career growth and aligns better with my future goals.
