A DCC meeting was facilitated by IRC at yumbe chief magistrate court ,24(F05,M19) JLOs actors ie;

police, prisons, court ,community service, OPM, IRC,ULS, JCU, local government of Yumba,

key issues discussed were

 juveniles who are in conflict with law takes long in detention due to transport challenge to
transport them to or from Arua remand home.
 involvement of youth to participate in DCC.
 Bail application to refugees to be restricted due to Porus boarder points, Many refugees escape.
 Participation of CP partners to participate during the meeting since issues in relation to child
protection are common,
 Court baraza to be organized targeting area with high crime rate; Partners and donors to
participate.
