• Tone: Playful but professional, energetic, and data-driven

� 2. Colour Palette

For Excel or PowerPoint:
• Headings: Arial Black
• Body text: Arial
• Emphasis: Use colour, bold, or emoji instead of ALL CAPS

� 4. Chart & Dashboard Guidelines


Please:
• Use only the three approved colours for graphs and highlights.
• Avoid using default Excel colours.
• Apply colours consistently across branches:
o Pretoria → Deep Blue
o Johannesburg → Sky Blue
o Polokwane → Bright Orange
