This is to certify that Mr. Harsh Mehrotra, a Second-year student of [Link] L.L.B (Hons.) course
studying at School of Law, S.R.M Institute of Science & Technology, Kattankulathur Campus,
Chennai has interned with our office from 09 June 2025 to 21 July 2025.

During his internship, he has worked extensively on various complex legal matters involving
NCB, CBI, and ED and assisted in research and drafting. His work included preparing case
briefs, and conducting research on matters related to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act
2002, Negotiable instruments Act 1881, Prevention of Corruption Act 1988, Bharatiya Nyaya
Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023.
The intern also actively observed court proceedings at Allahabad High Court gaining practical
exposure to litigation practice, procedural law, and the functioning of the judicial system.

He showed remarkable initiative in handling complex assignments and I found him to be


extremely diligent, dedicated and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Our best wishes
are with him for his future endeavors.
