The Uni Suite button redirects students to the payment gateway, where they must activate Uni Suite to continue with entering their mobile number, email, and subsequently making the payment .
Upon successful payment, a receipt is generated by Uni Suite and sent to the student's email. Another receipt is generated by UMS and is displayed on the student's login dashboard, where the status of payment is also shown .
If incorrect information is provided, the student would risk failing the email verification step, potentially preventing them from completing the payment. This could lead to complications in processing their exam form and subsequent admissions process .
Multiple pop-ups can disrupt the user experience by causing confusion and making the process appear complex.
