Attached herewith please find 4(Four) Sets of approved payment certificate No 02, which was
requested by the contractor Oromia Water Works Construction Enterprise with their letter Ref. No
ASDP.42.1/02/08 Dated 13/06/15 Arjo Didessa Sugar Development project (The Construction of
4369ha/ (2300ha/command-6,7and 8/plus 2069 ha ) Irrigation, Drainage and Road Infrastructure)
(Lot-2), on the basis of the Contract Amendment NO. 01 made between the contractor and your
corporation.
The Contractor requested a service sum of executed work, ETB 8,123,494.96 (Eight Million One
Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Four and 96/100) including VAT.
Therefore, we hereby checked and approved, payment No 02 of above mentioned project, ETB
8,123,494.96 (Eight Million One Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred ninety Four
and 96/100) including VAT.
