ABSTRACT
This case study explores the digital transformation of food distribution at Siddhi Vinayak Snacks
and Noodles Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing FMCG company in Nepal. Initially, the company relied on
semi-manual dealer management methods such as phone calls, text messages, and paperwork for
order placement and distribution. These traditional approaches created challenges such as order
delays, lack of real-time inventory updates, inefficient payment tracking, and poor data visibility.
To address these challenges, the company adopted the NEO D&M (Distribution and Marketing)
application, a modern digital platform designed specifically for dealer, distributor, and retailer
management. The application allows real-time order placement, automated invoicing, payment
tracking, promotional updates, and integrated reporting. Through this case study, we analyze how
the NEO D&M app has transformed Siddhi Vinayak’s distribution process by improving
operational efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making
