Arduino IDE Installation and Blink Example Upload

Description:
Install the Arduino IDE on your computer. Compile the "Blink" example and upload it to the
Arduino board. Ensure the built-in LED blinks as expected. If you do not have physical
Arduino hardware, use the Tinkercad simulator ([Link]) to run the example.
Take a screenshot showing the “Done compiling” message along with the byte number
information from the Arduino IDE message area and upload it with your submission.
