Elements of CX

According to a Salesforce study, 80% of customers feel the company's experience is just as necessary as their
products and services. As our understanding of the consumer has grown, so has a customer experience
definition (CX). With the growth of technology and social media, the way consumers interact with a brand
has become more immersive. It used to be that CX would mean a singular focus on customer service;
however, it now entails all possible interactions a consumer has with a product and brand.
