RESOLUTION FOR RESIGNATION AND ADMISSION OF PARTNERS
"RESOLVED THAT, the resignation of Mr. Sunil Narayan Nimbalkar, Designated Partner
of the LLP, effective from 28/08/2025, be and is hereby accepted, and the necessary filings
be made with the Registrar of LLPs as per the provisions of the LLP Act, 2008.
FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, Mr. Vikram Ashok Mohite , residing C/O ASHOK BANDU
MOHITE C-1003 KANAKIA ZENWORLD, KANJURMARG STATION ROAD OPPOSITE
LODHA KANJRMARG EAST,PO BHANDUP EAST, Mumbai, KANJURMARG POLICE
STATION, Mumbai, Mumbai - 400042, Maharashtra, India be and is hereby admitted as a
Designated Partner of the LLP with effect from 28/08/2025, in accordance with the
provisions of the LLP Act, 2008 and the LLP Agreement.
FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the LLP Agreement shall be amended accordingly to
reflect the resignation and admission of partners, and the revised contribution and profit-
sharing ratio of the LLP shall be as follows:

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, any one of the Designated Partners of the LLP be and is
hereby authorized to:
Amend and execute the revised LLP Agreement;
File necessary forms (including Form 4 and Form 3) with the Registrar of LLPs
through the MCA portal;
Sign and submit all related documents, letters, and forms as may be required;
Do all such acts, deeds, and things as may be necessary to give effect to this
resolution."
