I. OPENING
MC BENA Good morning, everyone! Welcome to our Tanay On-The-Go LEO Camp 2024! I’m LEO
BENA and I will be one of your hosts for this camp.
MC MJ: And I’m LEO MJ! We're super excited to be here with you for the next two days. Our theme
this year is "Exploring the LEO Way: Growing Together in Service."
MC BENA: To formally kick things off, let’s all stand for the Philippine National Anthem, to be
followed by the Lions Prayer and the Lin's Hymn.

MC MJ: Thanks, everyone! Ngayon, let's proceed to the welcoming of clubs and officers. Magsisimula
tayo sa roll call.

MC BENA: Ngayon nakilala nyo na ang mga makakasama nating clubs for this camp and halata naman
sa mga hiyawan at palakpakan na readying-ready na talaga sila. So, for welcoming remarks, let’s give a
big round of applause to the President of Tanay on the Go leo club and elected vice president of district
301-D2, let’s give her a round of applause to President Sophia Mari Silvestre!

MC MJ: Thank you so much Pres. Sophia and for an inspirational message, may we call on the former
President of our mother club, Tanay-kapuso Lions Club and newly elected advisor of LEO Club, our
beloved Ate Dok, Dra. Lady Paw M. Delino-Mallari. Let’s give her a round of applause!

MC MJ: Thank you very much, Ate Dok. [ADLIB] And to explain the objectives of this camp, let’s call
our club’s Internal Vice President,LEO BENA.

MC MJ: Thank you, LEO Bena. Finally, we have LEO Vinscent to give us the camp orientation so
llisten up, everyone!

MC BENA: Thank you so much, LEO Vinscent. So, we will have a 1 one-hour break, pwede nyo ayusin
mga gamit nyo and also time to freshen up. Make sure to be here by 10am.

II. ACTIVITY
MC BENA: Nandito na ba ang lahat. When I call your team’s name, sisigaw kayo ng roar! Let’s start
with Team………. Alright, so to officially start our activities for today, ito ay pangungunahan ni LEO
Vinscent.

MC MJ: Mukhang na energize na ang lahat ngayon naman. Let me introduce our first guest
speaker for today.
1st Talk - Sir AJ Fullado Topic: Youth Empowerment Through Leadership Training
Ladies and gentlemen, it is our honor to introduce our first guest speaker for Tanay On-The-Go
LEO Camp 2024.
Our speaker is a dedicated educator and a passionate leader in the community. He is currently a
teacher at Tanay Sampaloc Integrated National High School Madilay-dily Annex. He has also
served as a college instructor at San Ildefonso College and URS Pililla.
He is also a vital part of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Rizal Council training staff,
demonstrating his commitment to youth development and leadership. He holds the position of
Vice President and is an active member of Teatro Lakan Inc., and also serves as the Vice
President for Tomas Claudio Colleges Graduate Studies Students.
He is a Senior Scout Coordinator/Outfit Advisor at Tanay-Sampaloc INHS and as the Tanay II
BSP Coordinator for the Tanay Municipal Scouting [Link] holds a Bachelor of
Secondary Education major in MAPEH from Tomas Claudio Colleges, and he has furthered his
education with a Master of Arts in Education from the same institution.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a loving husband to Marie and a devoted father
to their child, AD.

2nd Talk: Sir JM Mallari Topic: Community Engagement and Building Partnerships
MC BENA: Salamat LEO TJ. For our second talk today, let me introduce the 2nd guest speaker for today
He is a professional teacher, practiced his profession at San Ildefonso College from 2014-2020. Continue
his professional education at University of Rizal System-Morong with the Degree of Master of Arts in
Education Major in Filipino and also a dedicated Senior Boyscout Staff of the Philippines. Currently, he
is now in the Department of Education, Daranak Integrated School, where he continues to inspire and
teach students. Moreover, he’s a former president of the Kapuso Lions Club and as we know him ‘Our
Kuya Sir’ Let’s give a big round of applause for Mr. Jhune Mark Mallari!

3rd Talk: Mr. Kenneth Ferrer Topic: Emotional Intelligence
MC MJ: [Aadlib] We’re going to have our Talk 3 from our amazing guest speaker.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is our pleasure to introduce our third guest speaker for Tanay On-The-Go LEO
Camp 2024.
Our speaker began his distinguished career in the Department of Education nine years ago, in July 2015,
as an elementary school teacher at Sto. Niño Elementary School. By 2018, he transitioned to the
secondary department at Sto. Niño Integrated School, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to
education.
In November 2020, he took on a leadership role as Head Teacher I at Laiban Integrated School, a position
he held until January 2023. His leadership journey continued as he served as Assistant School Principal II
at Tanay Senior High School from February 2023 to August 2023, following his successful completion of
the National Qualifying Examinations for School Heads (NQESH) in November 2022. He then served as
Officer-In-Charge for Rizal Sports Academy as Assistant School Principal II.
He has a solid academic background, having completed the acadeic requirements for a Doctor of
Philosophy major in Educational Management from URS Pililla Campus. He earned a Master of Arts in
Educational Management from Tomas Claudio Colleges in 2018 and took 18 units of supplementary
education from Philippine Normal University. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in English
Studies major in the English Language from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, graduating cum
laude.
Currently, he is serving as Assistant Principal II at Madilay-dilay Elementary School, where he continues
to inspire and lead with excellence.
