Create a database named ‘Your ID_Your Name’ in MS Access and save it in your folder created by you on the
desktop. Complete all the work of SECTION A into the same file.

Create the following tables in your database:
• Clients (ClientID, ClientName, ContactNumber, Email, City)
• Sales (SaleID, ClientID, ProductID, SaleDate, Quantity)
• Products (ProductID, ProductName, UnitPrice, Expirydate)
2. DATA TYPES AND RELATIONSHIPS 3
Define appropriate data types, primary keys, and relationships between tables.

i. Make ClientName, ProductName, UnitPrice and Quantity columns as compulsory fields for data
entry.
ii. In the field properties of the city column enter ‘Lahore’ as a default value.

Enter the following data in the tables

Design forms to enter the data in the Customers and Products table. The form should be able to
enter one record at a time, Also place the buttons for navigation purposes to move to next and
previous records.
7. QUERIES CREATION 6
Create the following queries in the same project and show the columns given below:
