The Intentional Cycle :

Record: we use rapid logging to record our thoughts, and use collections to organize
those records
Reflect: rituals help us reflect on our record in regular intervals to surface insights and
identify what sparks our curiosity, opportunities for improvement, and distractions.
Refine: leveraging reflection insights, we design alternatives, improvements, solutions,
and find ways to reduce distractions. Migration curates our lists so we can spendWelcome

time with fewer, more meaningful things.

Response: the most important step is to take intentional action, given the wisdom we Take Orientation
have gained, to create the life we are imagining for ourselves.
