Subject: Complaint Against False Allegations and Blackmailing by Anwar Mugheri and Others

Respected Sir,

I, Gulab Khan S/o Raza Mohammad Chandio, Resident of Village Nihal Tunio Taluka Warah, a
Civil Engineer by qualification, have been admitted to Politecnico di Milano, Italy, for a Master’s
degree and have already applied for my student visa. It appears that Ms. Anwar Mugheri is
attempting to misuse the law by pursuing a false FIR against me so that I cannot proceed abroad for
my higher studies. I respectfully submit the facts as under:

1. About three months ago, Anwar Mugheri, along with her daughter Aasodi, started blackmailing and
spreading false allegations against me and my family. She falsely claimed that her daughter had been
kidnapped by me (Gulab Khan), Azizullah, and our nephew Mujeeb Rehman Chandio.

2. In reality, her daughter was at her own home; no kidnapping ever took place. These false claims
were made only to damage our respect.

3. Mujeeb Rehman Chandio was being used by Anwar Mugheri and her daughter in illegal activities
(selling wine). He was arrested by Nasirabad Police on 17 April 2025 and has been kept at Police
Station Warah since that date.

4. Recently, Anwar Mugheri gave a false statement in Kawash Sindhi News, alleging that her son
has been kidnapped by Azizullah and his son (already in jail) and by me, Gulab Khan. These are
completely baseless accusations meant to threaten us and harm our family’s dignity.

5. I have already obtained protection from the Honourable Court under Section 22-A/B Cr.P.C.,
and I hold the official letter in this regard.

Therefore, I most respectfully request your good offices (SSP Larkana and SHO Rahmatpur) to
kindly:
* Conduct a fair inquiry to verify the facts;
* Prevent the registration of any false FIR against me and my family;
* Take legal action against those spreading false statements and blackmailing;
* Ensure our safety, dignity, and protection of my academic career, as I am in the process of
traveling abroad for my higher education.

I shall be grateful for your kind consideration.
