Subject: Neglect of APMC Property Leading to Public Nuisance – Request for Immediate Action

Respected Sir/Madam,

We, the residents of the surrounding locality near the APMC-owned premises located at Ward
no. 13, Manas Nagar, Rewa (HIG 703 & 704 behind Shanti Hospital & Trauma Centre), are
writing this application to express our deep concern and dissatisfaction over the current
condition and mismanagement of the said property.

The premises, which fall under APMC’s jurisdiction, have been lying unattended for a
considerable period. Due to this negligence, the area has become a hotspot for nuisance
creators and anti-social elements. Theft, unlawful gatherings, substance abuse, and open
littering have become common occurrences. This situation poses serious risks to the safety,
security, and peace of the local residents, especially women, children, and the elderly.

Despite attempts to raise this issue informally, no substantial action has been taken to secure
or maintain the property. The continued inaction on part of APMC is not only encouraging
misuse of public land but also affecting the overall well-being and mental peace of the nearby
community.

We, the undersigned residents, earnestly request the APMC to take immediate corrective
steps and exploring possibilities for meaningful use of the property.

We trust that the APMC will take this matter seriously and act promptly to resolve the issue.
Your cooperation in restoring safety and order in the area will be highly appreciated by the
entire community.
