Why: was in great shock/ panic - was upset - imagine myself feeling embrassed/ ashamed-
fail the presentation - unable to graduate from university
fell into an argument - got tense- the argument escalated shifted the blame on me saying that I was intentionally
choosing the easier part in the first place - was beside myself with anger
HOW :
tried to look at the overall picture- decided to put my ego aside- cover her part
burned the midnight oil- rehearse my presentation all night long- dead tired
thank my lucky stars, went smoothly/ went as planned- got high score the presentation- achieved a sense of
satisfaction.

NOW
realized - back-up plan, prepare for worst scenario- every cloud has a silver lining - seized the opportunity - boost
my confidence of public speaking
