Productivity at the Workplace Training

Introduction

Regardless of industry, productivity training provides the building blocks to a more efficient
workforce. When your employees learn and practice the tools, techniques and working processes
fundamental to high productivity, they act toward organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

In 2018, a study found that 55% of people never turn their phones off. At the same time, people
tend to check their phones every 12 minutes during their working hours. So, in a distraction-full era
where our attention is constantly bombarded by notification sounds and lit lock screens, the ways to
increase productivity in the workplace become less obvious. And our to-do lists turn to to-don’t-
care lists.

Therefore, this training is designed to upskill practitioners (both managers and subordinates) with
workplace productivity techniques to effectively manage their work plans. It will start with a
conceptual understanding of productivity and tools used. Trainees will be then practicing these tools
by applying them into their actual work sets.

Training Rationale:

Both managers and employees, in almost every organization, face the challenge of burn out,
demotivation, moral collapse, disloyal or total breakdown. In other occasions, they’re on positive
mood of work but confused about prioritizing their daily, weekly or monthly tasks. This is a normal
trend in 21 century workplaces. People just need practical techniques to boost their productivity and
prioritize their work schedule.

As an investment, productivity training offers one of the greatest direct impacts to your bottom line.
In today’s rapid-paced, highly competitive world, your organization simply can’t afford workers who
are not producing to their highest capacity.

To do this, I have designed a state-of-the-art and customized training for professionals at both
