SCENE 1: LET’S GET THIS PARTY STARTED (0:45 – 2:00)
[Scene opens with Aarjav standing in front of a screen showing colorful slides labeled:
'How Do You Learn?']
Aarjav:
"Alright, welcome everyone! Today’s goal: figure out how you learn best. Don’t worry — no
grades, no corporate buzzwords, just some fun brainy stuff."
[Cut to Ashish whispering to Dipti.]
Ashish (sarcastically):
"Fun? I thought this was a mandatory yawn-fest."
Dipti (whispering):
"Let’s see. Aarjav looks like she means business. And memes."
Aarjav:
"Quick quiz time! Answer honestly. It’s like Buzzfeed, but for your brain."
Aarjav (to group):
"Be brutally honest — no one’s judging. Except maybe your inner child."
[Montage of everyone taking the quiz. Dramatic music, exaggerated thinking faces.
Himanshu draws a chart on his paper. Yash fidgets with a stress ball. Abhinand mouths
words silently. Ashish rolls his eyes, then starts seriously answering.]
SCENE 2: PLOT TWIST: YOU'RE NOT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE (2:00 –
3:00)
[Aarjav hands out “learning style cards”: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic. Everyone
reacts.]
Himanshu:
"Visual. I KNEW IT! Explains why my desk looks like a color-coded command center."
Abhinand:
"Auditory. I literally replay lectures to fall asleep. I once memorized a podcast."
Yash (grinning):
"Kinesthetic. No surprises. Sitting still is my nightmare."
Ashish:
"Apparently I’m visual too. Guess my flowcharts weren’t just a cry for help."
Tejaumaya (laughing):
"This is going to be fun. I’m a mix — classic middle-child energy."
Dipti:
"Auditory for me. Maybe that’s why I hear office gossip before it’s even spoken."
SCENE 3: LET'S TEST THAT BRAIN TYPE (3:00 – 6:00)
VISUAL LEARNERS (Himanshu & Tejaumaya)
[Himanshu uses sticky notes and diagrams on the whiteboard to explain a project
timeline.]
Himanshu:
"Now THIS makes sense. Look at this arrow flow. Pure visual harmony."
Tejaumaya:
"Your visuals are making my brain smile. I might cry. It’s so... organized."
Himanshu (dramatically):
"I call this: 'Symphony in Color and Arrows.'"
Tejaumaya:
"Move over, spreadsheets. Himanshu just dropped the mic."
AUDITORY LEARNERS (Abhinand & Dipti)
[Abhinand records a voice note summary, plays it back. Dipti nods, eyes closed.]
Abhinand:
"When I say things out loud, they stick. Like brain glue."
Dipti:
"Can we do all meetings podcast-style now? With intro music? Maybe a jingle?"
Abhinand (laughing):
"Welcome to ‘The Brief Briefing’ — your 5-minute project scoop!"
KINESTHETIC LEARNERS (Yash & Ashish)
[They get a hands-on challenge: building a model of the project plan with office
supplies.]
Yash:
"If I can build it, I get it. My brain works through my hands."
Ashish (assembling pens and paperclips):
"This is surprisingly... therapeutic. It’s like LEGO for adults."
Yash:
"Exactly. You build. You learn. Also... I made a tiny stapler robot."
Aarjav (observing):
"Different styles. One goal: clarity. And possibly stapler robots."
SCENE 4: WHOA, THAT... ACTUALLY HELPED (6:00 – 8:00)
[Everyone returns to the table, more energized. Flip chart now reads: "What did you
learn about how you learn?"]
Aarjav:
"So, what changed?"
Tejaumaya:
"I understand now why some teammates tune out during presentations. They just need a
different lens."
Himanshu:
"I'm turning every project into a visual roadmap. Prepare for Post-it domination."
Abhinand:
"Can we have optional audio briefings? I’ll even narrate. ‘In a world of deadlines... one
project survived.’"
Ashish:
"I admit it. This ‘learning style’ thing... it works."
Yash:
"I’m done with static slide decks. Give me a whiteboard and a marker. And possibly Play-
Doh."
Dipti:
"I’m pitching this to HR. Learning styles, but make it company-wide."
Aarjav:
"Imagine the potential if we actually tailored how we work and teach... to how we learn."
SCENE 5: CONCLUSION, BUT MAKE IT FUN (8:00 – 9:30)
[Montage of team members using their styles in day-to-day work. Laughter, high-fives,
fast-paced music.]
Aarjav (VO):
"Learning isn’t about who’s smartest. It’s about finding your style... and respecting others’."
Aarjav (to camera):
"One workshop. Three learning styles. Countless better conversations."
[Everyone signs a whiteboard: "Team Brainstorm - We Get Each Other"]
Yash (winking):
"Also... we built a robot stapler. Just saying."
OUTRO (9:30 – 10:00)
