1 Description of Function
1.1 A Computed Radiography (CR) System with Single Tray Printer can be used in any
X-ray System as Retrofit solution for easy operation. compact and affordable imaging
solution that maintains the superior image quality and reliability.
2 Operational Requirements
2.1 It shall be suitable to be used for adult and pediatric patients in general radiography
examination including Portable mode for ICU.

8 Operating Environment
8.1 The system offered shall be designed to be stored and to operate normally under the
conditions of the purchaser’s country. The conditions include Power Supply, Climate,
Temperature, humidity, etc.
9 Standards and Safety Requirements
9.1 The unit should ISO Certified Company, CE marked to European medical
devices directive or USFDA Certificates must be valid.
10 Warranty
10.1 Should have 2 year complete parts Warranty from the date of complete
installation (delivery & installation of machine of all the items as per tender) &
2 year of free service warranty after the completion of comprehensive
warranty.
11 Maintenance Service during Warranty Period
11.1 During warranty period supplier must ensure corrective/ breakdown
maintenance whenever required including two mandatory visit/year for
preventive maintenance.
11.2 Should be able to replace / loner facility must be made available if machine
doesn’t going to be functioning for more than 15 Days.
12 Training
12.1 The Supplier shall conduct user training for this equipment to enable operators to use
the equipment properly. The training shall include the use of all operational functions
of the equipment’s as well as routine checks and maintenance expected by users.
12.2 Onsite repair & maintenance training and operational training to the hospital’s
Radiographers and End-users.
14 Installation &Commissioning
The bidder must arrange for the equipment to be installed by certified or qualified
personnel; any prerequisites or installation to be communicated to the purchaser’s in
advance in details.
13 Documentation
13.1 The machine supplied should be brand new with the date of manufacture mentioned
and the country of origin should be clearly mentioned.
13.2 The bidder must submit a valid authorization from the manufacturer.
13.3 One (hard and soft) copy of service & operating manual in English for each set should
be provided at the time of installation.
13.4 The Supplier must submit the original brochure or e-copy
13.5 The supplier should fill the technical tender form and clearly mention the
Manufacturer, Type/Model, and Country of Origin, else technically will be
disqualified.
13.6 The principle company should be responsible of fulfilling warranty/guarantee, in case
local authorized agent is not able to achieve the same. The commitment letter of the
same should be attached.
13.7 Scanner, Printer should be from principal manufacturer of quoted unit and bidder
must submit the supportive documents.
13.8 All the spare parts and consumable for the CR with price should be submitted
separately. The price should not vary during the warranty period of the machine. Bid
will be disqualified, if above list is not submitted.
13.9 Bidder should guarantee the available of spare parts for at least 10 years from the date
of installation. Manufacturer Commitment letter should be attached. Bid will be
disqualified, if not submitted.
