Encourages the development and implementation of a secure, multilingual digital platform


or mobile application that enables women to anonymously report instances of gender-based
violence, with features such as:

 Optional location tracking, to identify and map high-risk areas for targeted
intervention,

 Data aggregation into a real-time policy dashboard, accessible to relevant national


authorities and human rights bodies, to inform evidence-based reforms and policy
measures,

 Strong privacy and encryption protocols to ensure the safety and confidentiality of
users, particularly in regions with restrictive legal or cultural environments;
